PyOpenGL anyone?

Hi!

I'm investigating a PR[1] that is saying graphics/py-opengl is
broken for environments that have both of tcl8.3 and tcl8.4. But I
couldn't reproduce it on both of -stable and -current. And pyopengl
demo scripts are working even without errors on my machine.

Is there anyone that is able to reproduce the problem?
