The real truth here is:

iLO is what is running on generation 3-4 DL360/380 for example. The above
firmware version would indicated it to be iLO. iLO2 is the new "improved"
hardware, which you can find on generation 5 DL360/380 for example. The
firmware version there is currently at 1.43.

I like iLO better as it allows ssh text console, which iLO2 does not
support.
