FreeBSD 4 on HP PROLIANT DL320 G5

   Dear All,
   can you suggest RAID 1 controller that is compatible both with the
   configuration bellow and FreeBSD 4? or suggest any hardware
   configuration compatible with FreeBSD 4, which meets the requirements
   bellow. Any information is greatly appreciated!
   configuration:
   HP PROLIANT DL320 G5
   SINGLE INTEL XEON 2.4GHZ DUAL CORE 3060
   4GB RAM PC5300 UB MEMORY
   2 X 500GB HARD DRIVES RAID 1 ( NONE HP )
   requirements:
   1. The server must have at least 4 GB of memory (tell me how much for
   extra 2 GB memory)
   2. The server must have two SATA disks of 500 GB ea.
   3. Must have RAID 1
   4. Must be compatible with FreeBSD 4
   5. Must include 19" rack mounting kit
