Bootstrap available currently at
bootstrap-openjdk11-powerpc64le-11.0.5.10.1.tar.xz

It's versioned 11.0.5.10.1, but this is to match what the port has. However, it
was built from the latest tag from https://github.com/battleblow/openjdk-jdk11u
(jdk-11.0.9+11-1). I'm not sure this matters, though, it's only a bootstrap.

Some patches where necessary, which I'll send in a next PR.

opengl.md and xwindows.md are not present in the bootstrap, looks like they
were removed in some updates to 11 branch.
