For the sake of clarity is isn't tier-1 level and may not be for a very
very very long time if ever.   I should think the IBM Power9 platforms
are a better place to look for a tier-1 level server platform but that
will be entirely with Red Hat and very very expensive NVidia and even
more expensive IBM ESSL libraries for research work.
