Powerbook G4 GPU choice

I am looking toward getting a Powerbook G4. Which GPU has more support for
3D (nouveau said it was getting artifacts, couldn't find info on ati). I
prefer the ATI due to double memory.

- NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200  / (NV34)
- ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 / (R300)

Also, this is the latest PPC notebook out there right? Is there some Chinese
brand out there still doing PPC? I only found an ARM notebook by Genisi. If
you know of any vendor, please do share.
