FYI, the compiler now builds out of the tree, no more patches required !

   Patch the freebsd spec file for PowerPC so that PIC code builds 
correctly.
   This allows FreeBSD/PPC to build and run out of stock CVS sources.  This
   also takes the file off of the vendor branch.
