Similar goes for managesieve plugin:
$config['managesieve_conn_options'] = array(
        'ssl' => array(
                        'verify_peer' => true,
                        'verify_depth' => 3,
                        'cafile' => '/etc/ssl/public/dovecot.pem',
                        ),
);

Probably also for all other plugins that have something to do with TLS.
