Security patches for Drupal 6 and 7: upgrades to 6.34 & 7.34 respectively

Hi all

I have submitted patches for the latest Drupal security 
vulnerability on 6 & 7, would a committer be able to take a look at 
them? Patches are:

Poudriere build logs are attached to both bugs.
