Hi,
Suggestion: a CGI script with approx.:
  cd /pub/FreeBSD/branches/-current/ports
  find . -type f -name Makefile | xargs grep MAINTAINER | grep $NAME

As some, eg people travelling, may not have current/ports tree.
( I've found my ports to maintain )
