explain "Killing timed out build after 3600 seconds" poudriere failure

from crontab:

/usr/local/bin/poudriere bulk -j sparc64-11 -J 3 -f /usr/local/etc/poudriere.d/pkglist

How do I know?

All I get is a list of failed builds.
In it I see
