net/p5-IO-Socket-IP: pkg outdated, build cluster issues?

This package had a critical bug that was fixed on Jul 11th 2014

https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=191803

Since then there should have been two package build runs (Wed night).

Yet pkg still serves binary packages for the old version 0.30 instead
of 0.31.

Are there any build cluster hiccups?
