I checked the pkg-plist , it looks like the conversion USES=webplugins
didn't take into account the following as seen in the pkg-plist:
%%BROWSER_PLUGINS%%@dirrmtry %%WEBPLUGINS_DIR%%
According to USES=webplugins, the variable should be WEBPLUGIN_DIR.
Change this in your pkg-plist file, and it should install.
