sysutils/fusefs-kmod needs a poke

The maintainer has ignored my emails so I'm sending to ports@

Stop in /usr/ports/sysutils/fusefs-kmod.

If I run "touch /usr/ports/sysutils/fusefs-kmod/pkg-message" it works fine.
