Problem with COPYTREE_SHARE (new port)

I'm creating a new port and I'm having some trouble with COPYTREE_SHARE.  I'm following the handbook and I'm still getting the following error.

"Makefile", line 23: Unassociated shell command "@(cd ${WRKDIR}/ && ${COPYTREE_SHARE} \* ${PREFIX}/lib/eclipse/${i}/)"

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, could someone please let me know what I'm missing?
