Upgrading xmlto-0.0.24 to 0.0.25 failing

Can't upgrade xmlto -- anyone have ideas?

Available FORMATs depend on the type of the XML file (which is
determined automatically).

For documents of type "docbook":

For documents of type "xhtml1":
