It looks like firefox35 or somewhere has missed to compile with -pthread.

Upgrade to FreeBSD 7.x or above. I am not kidding. FreeBSD 7.x and above
are heck a lot better than 6.x. Those don't have any problem, which
FreeBSD 6.x has some bugs or missing feature that force some stuff to
compile with -pthread when it's not need.
