rc_subr still in ports

Hi, @ports.

I noticed that sysutils/rc_subr still exists.
This port installs compatible rc.subr for using rcNG rc.d scripts on 4.x
and early 5.0 where those ones are not supported in base.
Is it still need in ports?

I think the rc_subr should be removed from ports as those releases EoL'ed
many years ago. Also this port is not referenced from bsd.port.mk anymore
since some time ago.

I could submit PR but still not sure if rc_subr is ref'ed from somewhere.
