portmaster fails to fetch distfiles

On my box (i386 7.0-REL), portmaster fetches the files just fine.
Sometimes it shows these looping messages until the download is
complete.  In my experience, nchc is quite slow (about 4 kB/s), so it
will show a lot of these messages.
