Problem building sysutils/lsof on 8.0-CURRENT

Being a known issue does not neccesarily mean there's a PR for it

Is this the same failure you're seeing?

BTW the lsof port is by now marked as "broken" on 8-current. So the
issue is known -- now fixing it, that's quite different problem.
