subversion with DAV broken after upgrade to apache-2.0.58

I hand't noticed that, but did the upgrade anyhow. On a 6.1-PRE/
amd64 box it works ok, so I assume it is safe. We've done a bunch of
commits to svn since the upgrade with no errors.
