HEADSUP: most recent set of changes to bsd.port.mk -> need text for ports/UPDATING

Makes sense. Mark pointed out that a text for MySQL and PHP would be
nice too. Personally I only had to tweak for LDAP therefor I have no
working/tested recipe for the other two. I'd write the text if someone
could provide me a tested upgrade instruction.
