The commit message says:

- revert earlier commit, as version 6.6 is not a stable version,
  and developer is continuesly re-rolling tarball.
  In addition, the application fails to run.

The simplest way to get that information is to have a look at the last
cvs commit messages, for example via http://www.freshports.org.
