I've entire patch already available.

It's a cvs diff against yesterday cvs.

Almost all should work well, but i'm not sure about old games/programs
that was using sdl11 by default and thus never get patched.

It would be nice if cluster run can be scheduled. Thus we can find
what ports doesn't build and fix them.
