ftp/proftpd port months out of date

I also use that port. I emailed the maintainer, but didn't get any response, 
so I went ahead and upgraded the port and sent a pr. I tested it on 7-CURRENT 
and 6.0.

Here's the pr if you want to grab the patch or I can email you the upgraded 
port.
