The latest version of Portsnap in the FreeBSD base system (in FreeBSD 6.0) has
support for refusing parts of the ports tree.  I will be updating the version
of portsnap in the ports tree shortly after FreeBSD 6.0 is released -- I want
to allow some of the new code to get more testing first.
