CONFLICTS for build, not for install ?

You really *should* make a patch to fix the #include statements - for the port
and for submission to the developers of enblend, so that upcoming versions of
enblend won't have this problem. FWIW, if the resulting enblend port installs
the vigraimpex shared library, you'll still need CONFLICTS as well.
