Alephone Port fails to install

I tried to install the alephone port and it failed with the following error.  
Could there be something that I am doing wrong?  All I did was type in 
"portinstall alephone" and it came back with the following error.

Stop in /usr/ports/games/alephone.
** Command failed [exit code 1]: /usr/bin/script -qa /tmp/portinstall63709.0 
make
** Fix the problem and try again.
** Listing the failed packages (*:skipped / !:failed)
        ! games/alephone        (patch error)


I would appreciate any help in figuring out what is going on.
