Everything seems to be working except local mail delivery. If the mail is
sent *through* the mail server, it is delivered, but if a foreign MTA
attempts to send mail to the domain, it ends up sitting in the queue and is
not delivered to the final recipient.
Here's a mail list response from Weitse that explains how to fix the
problem:

However, it did not work for me. I had to make deinstall distclean
postfix, then make deinstall libgnugetopt and reinstall postfix to solve
the problem. There is definitely a problem with libgnugetopt and postfix.
Now the queue is clearing and mail is being received.
On second thought, it *may* be related to the SPF option. I'll have to do
more testing.
