wget out of date

Hi I see this every day for weeks now

Affected package: wget-1.8.2_6
Type of problem: wget -- multiple vulnerabilities.

and checked the wget website and see 1.9.1 is out below, is the wget
port maintainer given up or something?

"The latest stable version of GNU wget is 1.9.1. This is a bugfix
release with no user-visible changes since 1.9. "
