java/jdk14 install incorrectly

Hello,

I found, that PLIST generation in do-install target is actually do nothing,
because PLIST is consumed before do-install and real PLIST is stored in
TMPPLIST. After install +CONTENTS file is almost empty (doesn't include
any line from generated PLIST). I cannot create binary package (for
internal use only), because of this. Posible solution can be to use
TMPPLIST instead PLIST in do-install, or revert to static pkg-plist.

Build machine has 4.10-RELEASE-p5 and will upgrade to 4.11-RELEASE soon.
