timidity++ freebsd port makefile bug report

hi,

when installing timidity++ from freebsd ports, you display a message to go to:

http://www.goice.co.jp/member/mo/timidity/link.html

for GUS patches. but this url is outdated. it should be replaced with:

http://www.timidity.jp/link.html

which leads to another problem, eric welsh's website with patches is no longer 
online ("EAW patch by Eric A. Welsh" link). so i put a rar of version 12 on 
my website:

http://www.erathia.be/eawpats.rar

i may leave it there for a few weeks, but may have to delete it later because 
my quota is low. so, if you could put it online somewhere else, it would be 
nice.
