hard to fetch file

[FUJISHIMA Satsuki]

This file requires session cookies to fetch. Because of this, one
redirection handling is mandatory; the first session to obtain session
cookies, and the second session to obtain tarball with that cookies.

I think wget is the only choice due to the capability to handle both
session cookies and automatic redirection tracking.

(try --cookies and --no-cookies)
