sysutils/apcupsd - incorrect pkg-plist or Makefile

Hello,

Trying build package apcupsd-3.10.15_1:

# pkg_create -b apcupsd-3.10.15_1
tar: etc/apcupsd/hosts.conf.sample: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: etc/apcupsd/multimon.conf.sample: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
pkg_create: make_dist: tar command failed with code 512

Port was compiled with option WITH_CGI=yes
