Problems w/ mpeg4ip (still)

I had some trouble with mpeg4ip and it turned out I had some
old auto* tools around in /usr/local/bin which once removed
allowed me to move forward. Basically, anything like automake,
autoconf, autoscan, etc which did not have the version tacked
on to the end (automake259, autoconf259, etc) I deleted...

Worked for me. YMMV  :o)
