apache-ant port is out of date

Hi-

Since the release of apache-ant 1.6.2 on 16 July 2004, the current
apache-ant port no longer builds (the 1.6.1 distribution is not
available for downloading). I have submitted a bug report, but I thought
that I'd also email you. The following trivial patches the port Makefile
and distinfo at least get the port to install.
