I fail to see why src committers need not take responsibility for breaking
ports and help fixing them, especially if they're told beforehand during
review that their changes will break ports.
Mtm seems to have pretty specific ideas about how to fix them, too, so it
shouldn't take him much time at all to send-pr some diffs so the respective
port-maintainers can review and approve them. Ideally, those PRs should have
been sent, reviewed and committed to ports _before_ committing to src, but
it's obviously too late for that now.
