I used Portupgrade and no more mysql support

I used portupgrade yesterday and I thought everything went fine. But I can no longer connect to my mysql server. Saying that I didn't install mysql support. 

I never had a chance to. Is this no longer an option and I can't do the "make clean install" to get mysql and session support?!!?

I'm not on the mailling list can I please get sent a response to this account.
