portupgrade: -M in pkgtools.conf?

	"portinstall -M MAIL_GID=mailman" works, but I'd like to set 
it in pkgtools.conf. I use MAKE_ARGS, which corresponds to -m, but 
nothing equivalent to -M. Is there a way to do this? Should I file a 
feature request PR against portupgrade?
