WebMin

Hello,

I am using freebsd on my server.  It is version 4.8.  I currently am 
trying install the port webmin however it seems to be stuck in some kind 
of continuous loop of some sort.  It is also giving me a warning about 
perl not being installed.  Should I install Perl first before installing 
WebMin?
