# Porter's Handbook *is* incomplete, even if it shouldn't be.
# A lot of knobs/macros/options are not documented. Unfortunalty
# committers don't have time to write add-ons or new chapters.
I know. I am a (src/doc) committer without time :-) But what's more
important: the ports fury has the knowledge about the internals of
EXTRACT_DEPENDS, while I have not.
# Feel free to submit patches !
The point of submitting the PR in the first place was to get the
right people involved to do the Right Thing. I know from experience
that the ports system can be fragile. So I want the ports powers
to address this documentation issue.

Jens
