new openoffice breakage from last Makefile commit

The last commit to openoffice-1.1/Makefile breaks the build. The commit
message says that the commit was to bump PORTREVISION, but there were
also a bunch of "unset noclobber &&" inserted. For those of us who don't
have noclobber set, "unset noclobber" returns 1, stopping the build.

The "unset noclobber &&" pieces should either be removed or changed to
something else.
