FreeBSD Port: postfix-2.0.19

Hello,

I was wondering if there was any way of getting the CDB patch as part of 
the standard FreeBSD set of postfix options.

It it put out by the same person that does rbldnsd.  When I asked him 
(via an irc channel on oftc.net) here's what he had to say:

the cdb support in postfix?

(since 1.x really)

12:00 < Mystique> mjt: so the postfix 1 patch should work?
12:01 < mjt> yes - that's what i use with 2.1
12:01 < mjt> i'll create new patch for 2.1 final - w/o changes but just 
to indicate it works with 2.1
