DISTFILES problem

I was hoping you weren't going to say that... I think I'd have to
write myself a customised do-fetch: target to make that work.

Anyhow -- thought of an idea overnight.  It's a terrible hack, but I
can add a dummy argument to the end of the URL which contains the
required filename...

    % fetch 'http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/render_download.php?site_id=nrsi&format=file&media_id=Gentium_101_LT&_sc=1&dummy=/fonts-ttf-gentium-1.0.1.tar.bz2'
    fonts-ttf-gentium-1.0.1.tar.bz2               100% of 1747 kB   56 kBps 00m00s

Seems to work...
