FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: sysutils/portsman

Maybe the BerliOS-Server was down at the time as you tested to fetch the
distfile. But normally BerliOS runs 24/7 and I retested this issue which
worked for me. The distfile should be available.
