gsfonts 6.0

Hi Maho and people,

I just submitted a follow up to this: I suspect those fonts are included in the
gsfonts-6.0 but not configured in fonts.dir and fonts.scale.

Starting with gsfonts 6.0 the ghostscript people added their own X
configuration files, and when I updated the port I respected their defaults.
Maybe the solution is just to override their default files and generate new
ones with type1inst.
