gaim-0.65 breakage on 4.8-stable

Hello:

Looks like gaim-0.65 isn't working here.
OS is 4.8-stable as of 2003/07/15.
AIM gives a connection error & won't sign on.
ICQ seems to work.
Yahoo seems to hang at signon.

Here's what comes from gaim trying connect to AIM:

** (gaim:54726): CRITICAL **: file proxy.c: line 1537 (gaim_proxy_connect): assertion `port != 0 && port != -1' failed

Any ideas?
