gd and gd2 maintainers don't talk?

It was double fault:

1. KATO Tsuguru (aka Ports Fury) made a mistake in his PR about updating
graphics/gd to 2.0.15 instead of graphics/gd2.
2. Daichi GOTO made a mistake (which is much more serious because he is
commiter) who made a brainless update.


I hope somebody will backout this change (I suspect osa@ already in
business on that, Sergey, correct?).
