mail/courier - compile with authdaemond.ldap

I can't get the port to compile with --with-authldap or create 
authdaemond.ldap authdeamond.mysql
and authdaemond.plan are created perfectly.

I don't know what I could be doing wrong.

Thanks for any suggestions or if anyone has done it with the latest port of 
courier-0.44 I would appreciate your letting me know so that I know it is 
me.
