Missing pear-PEAR dependency

FYI, I am finding on my 5.1-current setup that with the latest update 
to devel/pear-PEAR, there is a new dependency to 
archivers/pear-Archive_Tar which causes 'portupgrade pear-PEAR' to 
fail.  Doing 'portinstall pear-Archive_Tar' followed by 'portupgrade 
pear-PEAR' succeeds.  The maintainer of pear-PEAR is listed as 
'ports at freebsd.org'.
